  • Store build outs for mall expansion project Paradise Valley Mall and Chandler Fashion Square, Arizona, Tenant Improvements for Hallmark and Pumpkin Patch, Ltd. (2 stores concurrently) August 2007
  • Store build outs to Topanga Mall Expansion, Tenant Improvements for Sunglass Icon, Lupicia Tea, Pumpkin Patch, Ltd. November. 2006
  • CompUSA - Interior Enhancement - 14 Stores throughout Southern California - Provide new dedicated, isolated power systems for new Home Electronics area in each store, relocation of existing conduit and power systems for powered gondolas throughout each store to accomodate new lay out of merchandising display units.
  • The Grove - Madam Wu's - New 650 foot parallel feeder system from MSB to sub-panel system to help in expediting grand opening of mall.
  • GAP Store(s)-Oakland
  • Coca-Cola Bottling Company-3 Locations: Design and implementation of new lighting and power systems upgrade and retrofit, design and installation of new 400 amp, 277v / 480v, 3 phase panel boards and power supplies for a total of 43 electrical forklift charging stations.
  • Arco Arena-Sacramento: New power panel system for A/C packages to player locker rooms and gym, design and implementation of ongoing improvements to the Arena as needed by the administration.
  • Neutrogena Corporation -Los Angeles: All facilities - Lighting design and retrofit for energy management systems in 3 warehouses, retrofit of entire facility to energy efficient lighting, (over 1 million sq. ft. of space)
  • Cozymels Restaurant - Redondo Beach: Major remodel of entire restaurant, installation of new lighting control system, power, and data / telephone systems.
  • Washington Plaza - Bermuda Dunes: Major tenant improvement for multiple store frontage including service distribution, power, lighting, telephone and data systems design and implementation.
  • Jack in the Box Stores - Multiple Tenant Improvements, (IIE / ADA Compliance remodels) as well as completion of 8 new complete remodels in 2003 to entire facility inclusive of all power, lighting, lighting control systems, POS power and data systems, HME systems, and HVAC power, control, and ansul shut-down systems.
